Romans 15:16-20

16to be aa minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles bin the priestly service of the gospel of God, so that cthe offering of the Gentiles may be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. 17In Christ Jesus, then, I have dreason to be proud of emy work for God. 18For I will not venture to speak of anything except fwhat Christ has accomplished through me gto bring the Gentiles to obedience—by word and deed, 19 hby the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God—so that ifrom Jerusalem and all the way around jto Illyricum I have fulfilled the ministry of the gospel of Christ; 20and thus I make it my ambition to preach the gospel, not where Christ has already been named, klest I build on someone else’s foundation,

1 Corinthians 1:21-28

21For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach
Or  the folly of preaching
to save those who believe.
22For mJews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, 23but we preach Christ ncrucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, 24but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ othe power of God and pthe wisdom of God. 25For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

26For consider your calling, brothers: qnot many of you were wise according to worldly standards,
Greek  according to the flesh
not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth.
27But sGod chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; tGod chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; 28God chose what is low and despised in the world, even uthings that are not, to vbring to nothing things that are,

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

3For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. 4For the wweapons of xour warfare are not of the flesh but have ydivine power zto destroy strongholds. 5We destroy arguments and aaevery lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to abobey Christ,

2 Timothy 4:7
